1 Introduction

wa88 (hereinafter referred to as "wa88", "we", "us", or "the Company") operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at wa88.buzz (the "Platform"). wa88 provides a range of interactive gaming services including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and cryptocurrency-based transactions to eligible members (the "Services").

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the legal relationship between wa88 and any individual (the "Member", "User", or "you") who registers an account, accesses, or otherwise makes use of the Platform and its Services. These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

wa88 serves Members primarily located in Malaysia, including players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and across Peninsular and East Malaysia. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the Account registration process on wa88.buzz, or by accessing or using any part of the Platform without registering, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 4 below;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is legal under applicable local laws.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a wa88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age Requirement: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. wa88 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21. This age requirement applies without exception, regardless of whether the applicable legal gambling age in your jurisdiction is lower. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to guardianship orders may not register.
• Single Account: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Personal Use: Your Account must be used solely for your own personal entertainment. You may not allow third parties to access, operate, or fund your Account on your behalf.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order from wa88 or any other gaming platform, and must not be registered with any gambling self-exclusion scheme that applies to the Platform.
• Accurate Information: All registration details you provide must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5 Account Registration & Security

5.1 Registration Process. To register an Account, you must complete the online registration form on wa88.buzz, providing a valid username, password, email address, and such other information as wa88 may reasonably require from time to time.

5.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wa88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

5.3 Notification of Breach. You must notify wa88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspected compromise of, your Account by contacting our support team. wa88 reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

5.4 KYC Verification. wa88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a government-issued identification document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal hold.

5.5 Account Currency. All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency wallet denomination is elected. Cryptocurrency balances are held as MYR equivalents at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Approved Payment Methods. wa88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved channels: FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow Instant Transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency deposits in BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC-20), and BNB.

6.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and may vary. Current limits are published on the Platform's Deposit page and are subject to change. Standard minimum deposit is RM30; standard maximum deposit via FPX and DuitNow is RM30,000 per transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods or bank accounts registered under your verified name. wa88 does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted via DuitNow are typically processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. wa88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing delays.

6.4 Verification Hold. wa88 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain threshold amounts. Members are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.

6.5 Currency. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless made via a designated cryptocurrency channel. wa88 shall not be liable for any exchange rate fluctuations affecting the MYR equivalent value of cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

6.6 Fees. wa88 does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees to Members. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may impose their own transaction fees for which wa88 accepts no responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers made available by wa88 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. All bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another Member.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to a Member's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limit for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.

7.3 Abuse of Bonuses. wa88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated Account — if we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that a Member has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, hedging bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or systematic low-risk betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.

7.4 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus. The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus, available on BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB deposits, is subject to a minimum equivalent deposit of RM30 and carries a maximum bonus cap of MYR 688 per deposit. Specific wagering requirements apply and will be communicated within the promotion details on the Platform.

7.5 Modification of Offers. wa88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. A Member's continued participation in a promotion after such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Rules. All bets and game rounds on the Platform are final and binding once confirmed by the system. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after placement unless specifically permitted by the applicable game or sport rules.

8.2 Odds and Outcomes. All betting odds are displayed in decimal format. wa88 reserves the right to adjust odds prior to bet confirmation. For live in-play markets, the odds shown at the time of bet placement constitute the agreed price, subject to standard market suspension rules.

8.3 Mix Parlay. Mix Parlay bets involving multiple selections are settled based on the combined outcome of all selected events. Partial settlement rules apply in the event of postponed, abandoned, or void fixtures as detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

8.4 RNG Certification. All electronic casino games, including slot games and virtual table games, operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are disclosed on the Platform.

8.5 Malfunction Voids. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, wa88 reserves the right to void the affected transactions. Members will be notified and any affected funds will be reinstated to their Account balance.

8.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are published within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market and may differ between standard and VIP account tiers.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wa88 Platform. Any Member found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false or fraudulent identity, age, or financial information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting manipulation;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or game malfunctions for personal gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Allowing minors (persons under 21) to access or use your Account;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions through alternative accounts or identities;
• Any conduct that wa88 reasonably determines to be contrary to the integrity, fairness, or security of the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the wa88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of wa88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works based on any Platform content without the express prior written consent of wa88.

The wa88 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of wa88 trademarks in connection with any business, website, or service not operated by wa88 is strictly prohibited.

11 Responsible Gambling

wa88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling behaviour. We provide a suite of responsible gambling tools directly accessible from every Member Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss thresholds, and account self-exclusion.

11.1 Age Restriction. The wa88 Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. We actively enforce this requirement through mandatory age verification (KYC) at account creation and before the first withdrawal.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Member who wishes to restrict their own access to the Platform may apply for self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may be set for a minimum period of six (6) months or on an indefinite basis.

11.3 Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to manage their spending. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability. wa88 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.

12.2 Limitation of Claims. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wa88's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Consequential Loss. In no event shall wa88 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if wa88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.4 Member Responsibility. Members access and use the Platform at their own risk. wa88 does not guarantee any specific gaming outcome, bet result, or financial return. All gaming and betting activities inherently involve a risk of financial loss. wa88 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred in the course of lawful gameplay.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 By wa88. wa88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) wa88 has reason to believe the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the Member has failed to complete required KYC verification; or (d) wa88 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority.

13.2 Consequences of Termination. Upon Account closure due to breach of these Terms, wa88 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining Account balance, including deposited funds and accrued winnings, where such withholding is justified by the nature of the breach (e.g., fraud, multi-accounting, money laundering). In all other cases of termination, any legitimately held balance will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method.

13.3 By the Member. Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting wa88 customer support. All pending bets and active wagering requirements must be settled prior to final closure. Outstanding eligible balances will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable time.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which wa88 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance.

Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the relevant arbitration body in wa88's jurisdiction of licence. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent wa88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its proprietary rights or Platform integrity pending arbitration.

15 Amendments to These Terms

wa88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Whenever material changes are made, wa88 will: (a) update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page; (b) display a prominent notice on the Platform informing Members of the change; and (c) where practicable, provide advance notice of significant changes via email or in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.3 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. wa88 recommends that Members check this page at regular intervals to remain informed of any updates.
